The Digital Ops Team - DOT - is a collection of designers, developers, and product managers across the different Deloitte Digital studios that joined together with a single mission: to build a solution that stops Deloitte creatives from redoing the same work over and over again.
With dozens of client projects, internal company projects, and pitches to potential clients going on at the same time, many Deloitte creatives often spent time building the same UI's, asking the same questions, and searching for similar templates - all leading to a form of recorded burnout.
DOT's goal is to consolidate the work produced from all these different work streams and build an internal library of multiple resources that allow creatives and more to easily access this information. That way creatives can cut out the busy work, like finding the right icons, and focus more on the design and thought process.
Since its inception in Summer 2023, DOT has managed to produce a wide variety of design libraries, craft guides, and templates available to all Deloitte practitioners, including the following:
Design System Template
A standard design system template, containing a collection of prebuilt UI components, icons, patterns, and more. This was introduced to help teams from having to redesign components like buttons over and over again.
Wireframe Starter Kit
An alternate, lower fidelity version of the Design System Template, created to offer a more WIP oriented assortment of UI components to help accelerate pitches and workshopping.
Salesforce Design Guide
A comprehensive tutorial that introduces designers with no prior experience to the world of Salesforce, specifically working with the Lightning Design System. This was built to help designers get comfortable with Salesforce quickly as a significant majority of Deloitte projects implement Salesforce.
Persona Template
An intuitive persona design template powered by Figma's advanced variables feature that enables creatives to quickly put together a beautiful visual presentation of a persona for any project.
Presentation Template
A prebuilt slide deck layout featuring Deloitte branded icons and animated visuals that enable practitioners to put together a stunning presentation deck faster than ever.
Animated Journey Map Template
A prebuilt animated Figma prototype for illustrating a product journey map that can be customized for any project. This was built to allow any Deloitte creative to reproduce the animated journeys that were very popular with one of Deloitte's Fortune 500 clients.

Quality Assurance - Design System Template
I reviewed all the components after they were added by another designer to ensure details like dimensions & spacing were accurate. I also added variants to several components to improve legibility and organization.
Full Creative Lead - Salesforce Design Guide
I researched internal and external resources about designing with Salesforce, brainstormed the entire content for the guide, and built the guide including all its visuals and text in a Figma prototype.
Component Designer - Wireframe Starter Kit
I designed and built multiple components within the kit, taking inspiration from a variety of publicly available UI kits.
Lead Designer - Journey Map Template
I completed the visual design of these templates and created the prototype in Figma, utilizing an advanced feature within Figma called variables for animation.
